Jane’s practice is devoted exclusively to estate planning, trusts and probate law. She serves a wide range of clientele on everything from simple wills, powers of attorney and healthcare directives to complex estate plans and after-death estate administration.

Legal Background

Jane worked as an attorney at Contra Costa Legal Services Foundation in Richmond, California for many years, where she co-managed the welfare unit handling major litigation, fair hearings, writs of mandate and appellate matters. From 1988 through 1993, she worked as a research attorney for various Bay Area law firms handling civil litigation.

Jane joined Kelley & Farren in 1992.

Professional Affiliations

Jane has served on the Board of Directors for Rubicon, a nonprofit organization in Richmond, California, serving people with mental disabilities. She also served on the Board of Directors for Episcopal Charities, a nonprofit organization providing community services in the Bay Area.

Personal

Jane studies art history and Spanish. She is married with two children.
